Anaheim Restaurant Hosting 11-Hour Concert to Benefit Las Vegas Victims

An Anaheim restaurant is hosting an 11-hour show to benefit the victims of the Las Vegas massacre.

The 5th Rooftop Restaurant and Bar will be donating 100 percent of its profits to the Las Vegas Victims' Fund as it hosts an assortment of musical guests in an event that will "focus on uniting together and giving back to those who have lost."

"The idea came about because there's obviously a need for it," said Brandon Garr, owner of the 5th. Garr said the shooting hit close to home because he, his wife and his booking team are in Las Vegas a lot as they look to book talent.

"I'm a pretty emotional guy, so when all this went down I got on the phone immediately with my booking guy and started seeing if we could make it happen," Garr said, adding that it feels "great" to be able to give back.

The Love for Las Vegas concert runs from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 22, with tickets being sold for $25. For Garr, the goal is clear: "We need to make some money for these guys."
