Is Your Zip Code Immune?

Some San Diego ZIP codes seem to be immune to the mortgage crisis.  A few neighborhoods have even see an increase in housing prices, according to a published report.

Also faring well was downtown San Diego, which saw a 7.4 percent rise in the median home price.
