White House Ready for Some Football

Super Bowl party headed to Pennsylvania Avenue

The White House is turning into a party house this weekend for the Super Bowl.

President Barack Obama has already chosen his team in Sunday's big game, and now he's got his guest list.

The White House said Friday that mix of Democrats and Republicans (and Steelers and Cardinals fans) will watch the game at the White House with the president.

But, as always, no wagering.

Obama said earlier this week that the Steelers are his favorite team outside of his hometown Chicago Bears, so he's going to be rooting for the AFC.  It doesn't hurt that Steelers owner Dan Rooney has been a big Obama supporter...

The following is a list of elected officials who will be guests at the Pennsylvania Avenue party this Sunday:

Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA)
Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL)
Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN)
Sen. Arlen Specter (R-PA)
Congressman Elijah Cummings (D-MD)
Congressman Artur Davis (D-AL)
