Armed Man Tries to Make Delivery to Obama at Capitol

Armed with rifle and ammo, man says he "had a delivery" for president

A Louisiana man was arrested Tuesday near the barricades surrounding the U.S. Capitol, after claiming that he had a delivery for President Obama and guards found an unregistered rifle in his vehicle.

Police identified the man as 64-year-old Alfred Brock of Winnfield, Louisiana. Obviously confused at the difference between the White House and the Capitol, Brock drove up to a barricade on the north side of the Capitol and told guards that he had a delivery for President Obama, according to CNN.

Upon questioning, Brock admitted that he had a rifle in his vehicle and rounds of ammunition. Police arrested him for having an unregistered weapon.
