So far, January 2019 has brought chilly, winter weather to San Diego County.
The New Year began with lots of frost, frigid temperatures and even some snow in parts of the county leaving some locals to wonder, "Is this really San Diego?"
On Jan. 12, a series of storms moved into the region, with the wet weather lasting on and off for the next week.
Heavy downpours on Jan. 14 prompted a National Weather Service flash flood watch, though no emergencies were reported while the watch was in effect.
