San Diego Padres pitcher Chris Young will miss at least one start with a shoulder ailment he said Tuesday.
Young, who has been hit hard in his last four starts, had an MRI taken of his right shoulder after his last start on Sunday, which he said did not show any structural damage.
The right-hander was scheduled to start at home on Friday against Oakland but will miss that start. He said he's not sure when he will make his next start.
Young has lost each of his last three starts. He is 4-6 with a 5.21 ERA.
