According to the know-it-alls at Forbes.com, Chula Vista is one of the 10 most boring cities in the nation. "How many people even knew Chula Vista was one of the country's 100 largest cities?" the site editors ask.
The criteria the editors used: municipalities that nobody writes about. By that accounting, Detroit is the opposite of boring.
