Visit the South Bay Botanic Garden at Southwestern College and see it decked out in a fabulous display of holiday lights. The annual "Holiday of Lights in the Garden" will be held Friday and Saturday, December 12 and 13 from 6 - 8 p.m.
The South Bay Botanic Garden covers four acres on the campus of Southwestern College. For this special event, thousands of lights cover the shrubs and trees.
Admission is $1 per person or $5 per family of 5 or more. Proceeds will go back into maintaining the garden.
The South Bay Botanic Garden is overseen by a group of dedicated volunteers. They organize activities, hold volunteer work days, and provide input as to the goals and future direction of the garden. If you would like to participate, simply call 619-421-6700 ext 5371.
