Sounds Like San Diego: April 23

Vandoliers, the Strawberry Moons, Epik High and more headline Tuesday's live-music action

I think that anyone who's looking for a good show would find themselves pleased with the co-headlining show of Vandoliers and Cory Branan at Soda Bar. Cory has passed through town several times over the years and plays fantastic alt-country and folky music, while Texas' Vandoliers have a big sound that has elements of outlaw country, punk, and even some Tejano vibes with big horns and two-step rhythms. Meanwhile, our friends in the Strawberry Moons have a coveted headline spot at Belly Up, the Garners play Tiki Tuesday at Bar Pink, and Korean hip-hop act Epik High play the Observatory North Park. It should also just be mentioned that the Casbah is closed tonight after Lebanon Hanover canceled due to immigration issues.
