Sounds Like San Diego: Jan. 6

At the top of Sunday's list are Long Beach-based punk legends T.S.O.L., aka True Sounds of Liberty

I assure you that it isn't hard to feign enthusiasm when the shows are just flooding. I mean, I love the holidays, but there are some definite dry spells and I don't miss those at all. Tonight at the Casbah, catch punk legends T.S.O.L., or catch local shoegazers Quali at Soda Bar. Whistle Stop gets punky with a deep lineup and Leo Kottke returns to the Belly Up. It's a Sunday, so I don't want to mislead that there are endless options, but there are certainly enough awesome options that are worth your aural attention. This month just keeps getting better and better.
