Top Cheffer's Dr. Seussian Dish

Top Chef alum Brian Malarkey, who helms the kitchen at Searsucker, launches Sunday brunch service this weekend. Expect the kind of whimsical, shareable plates that have become synonymous with the restaurant since it opened last year.

Paying tribute to the late Ted Geisel (Dr. Seuss—who used to live in La Jolla), he's put Green Eggs and Ham on the debut menu [pdf]. Since Dr. Seuss never explained the recipe in sensible terms, The Feast turns to a super-animated Malarkey in the video above.
