You may not recognize Tim Pyles at first glance, but you’ll definitely be familiar with his voice. The radio personality has been an institution on the San Diego airwaves for more than 12 years, and can currently be heard every Sunday night hosting The Local 94/9 from 8-10 p.m. The Feast sat down with the music aficionado at The Casbah one night before Anti-Monday League, the live weekly showcase which Pyles also programs, to chat with him about his first foray into music, local bands he helped discover, and his enduring love for KISS.
Join Tim Pyles every Monday night at The Casbah, or follow his adventures at www.thelocalpyle.com.
The Curator takes a peek behind the curtain to reveal the folks programming the finest events in town.
