St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival in San Diego will begin 10:30 a.m. beginning down Fifth Avenue and Juniper Street, and proceeds north up Fifth Avenue from Juniper Street to Upas Street, over to Sixth Avenue and South on Sixth to Juniper Street. The festival will be held at Balboa park until 6 p.m.

A 10K run or walk is an exciting way to kick start St. Patty’s Day. All proceeds will benefit the Rady Children’s Hospital San Diego. Saturday at 7:45 a.m. Run tickets start at $33, $25 for the walk. Kids under 12, $12. Late fees are included for this event so get your tickets now.

St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Historical Downtown Vista. The parade is led with a flag ceremony by Friendly Sons of St. Patrick with the Marine Corps Color Guard. Following the event will be contest where guests can win prizes. For more details click here.
Stop by McFadden’s in the Gaslamp for a St. Patrick’s Day extravaganza on March 17 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be live Irish music, a contest for a chance to win prizes and an open bar. McFadden’s is located at 731 Fifth Ave in downtown San Diego.
Instead of wearing green, give some green! Young Leaders is having a St. Patrick's Day Celebration to benefit the American Ireland Fund on Saturday at 7:00 p.m. There will be a full night of great music, tasty eats and dancing at Barfly Lounge & Restaurant Barfly Lounge & Restaurant Tickets are $65 each or $100 for a pair. VIP tables are also available.
