Sounds Like San Diego: May 25

Sure, there's a ton going on tonight -- but you'll find all of us at SoundDiego LIVE at Park & Rec

It's that time of the month again! No, not that time of the month...the time of the month when SoundDiego throws a free party with local music and delicious sponsored bevvies (the guest list is now closed, but the event is free and open to the public; entry is subject to capacity). Tonight, we return to Park & Rec in University Heights and we've got our old buddies the Strawberry Moons (members of Burning of Rome and Shake Before Us) along with our new friends Slares, and it is going to be the best way ever to kick off your Memorial Day weekend -- often considered the real start to summer. So join us, won't you? I'm hoping to get some ping-pong in before the music action starts, so find me and I'll be ready to take you on. Around town, Texas musician Jesse Dayton headlines the Casbah, Cash'd Out salute Johnny at the Belly Up, and Soda Bar dives deep into sludge metal with Denver's Primitive Man.
