After some shifting and moving and thinking they'd come to an end, the San Diego Music Awards are here yet again! There are a lot of firsts -- first time at the House of Blues, first time a collective (the Redwoods) has been nominated against Artists of the Year, and the first time I'll be presenting an award with SoundDiego TV host, Daye Salani. Needless to say, I'm excited about the event and am really ready to see everyone hanging out again. It's also exciting because with supposedly a two-hour run-time, you can probably still get out and catch a show, like the weekly local lineup at the Merrow with Second Hand, Lead Pony (fka Spero) at Soda Bar, or the one I'm really excited about, Allison Crutchfield at Blonde.
