Sounds Like San Diego: March 18

It's been a while since Lost in the Trees came through San Diego, but after their third release, Past Life, on Anti- Records, this is your chance to get familiar with a band that might be new to you, or to be reintroduced if you've been a fan in the past. The group seems to have left their orchestral leanings behind, trimming down to four members and focusing on new themes on the latest record. The result is pretty and polished, but with a new edge that finds Lost in the Trees hitting a new streamlined stride. If you like your indie music, this is one of those shows you want to see and hear.
