Stoner-rock, shoegaze, and jam bands, oh my! It's funny how a couple key distinctions can make music so vastly different. At the Casbah, D.C. stoner-rock band Dead Meadow return to wrap the last few nights of their tour before heading to Europe, while LA-based Launder play hazy shoegaze, though it will be interesting to see if this project tours as a band or solo project when it hits Soda Bar tonight. Moe. is back for night two at the Belly Up, Norteña accordionist Celso Piña is at the Observatory North Park, and Montalban Quartet lead an amazing local lineup at Pour House.
