Sounds Like San Diego: Jan. 29

Pall Jenkins joins Le Chateau and Dreams Made Flesh at Soda Bar

Just because it's Sunday does't mean that you have to stay in -- especially since your pigskin stuff is essentially over until the big game. Get out and support local art and music as Dreams Made Flesh present Art Unites -- a night of music and visual art to benefit the San Diego Music Foundation -- at Soda Bar, or join our own Tim Pyles for a free local show and live Loudspeaker broadcast at the Casbah. The legendary Blind Boys of Alabama are still at it, constantly evolving, with a show at the Belly Up, and Tower Bar encourages you to get out all that angst with a punk show featuring Death Eyes and Stalins of Sound. For a new tribute on the roster, head to Music Box, where the Winehouse Experience should serve as a bit of nostalgia and a cautionary tale.
