Sounds Like San Diego: Jan. 29

Pinback kicks off the first of three nights at the Casbah

This week is going to kick off in the best way possible ... with the first of three nights of Pinback at the Casbah. We were so bummed when Rob Crow announced a hiatus for the band a couple years back but so relieved when he and Zack made some appearances. Of course, nothing is better than seeing them in the intimacy of the Casbah so we highly recommend getting there at least one of the next three nights. Meanwhile, John Maus made quite a splash when he played a sold-out show in late 2017, so it's to be expected that he's enthusiastically returning for a show at the Belly Up, and punk rockers the Lillingtons play Soda Bar on the heels of releasing their first record in a decade. For lovers of Under Cover, this month the musicians take on the Who at the Office.
