Sounds Like San Diego: January 16

Buck-O-Nine hit the Casbah stage for a special hometown show

There have been attempts to write anthems for San Diego, but over the past decades, I don't think anyone was so spot on as Buck-O-Nine when they wrote "My Town," so it's no wonder that after all of these years, fans still pour out to see any of the band's reunions whenever they decide to grace the stage. They're still as fun and punky and ska-filled as they were in the '90s. Meanwhile at Soda Bar, Naïvetè continue their residency (read the SoundDiego interview with them here), singer-songwriter Josh Ritter returns to the Belly Up, and Sometimes Julie play Winston's.
