Sounds Like San Diego: Feb. 1

Tonight is an exciting night for live music in San Diego. Cate Le Bon performs at Soda Bar, while Willie's son Lukas Nelson returns to Solana beach, definitely to the delight of all the ladies of the Belly Up. The Griffin is on the market and is winding down their booking, but with Futurebirds performing (along with Chess Wars and Ed Ghost Tucker opening), this is going to be a killer night. Last but not least, Irish alt-rockers Ash perform at the Casbah for the first time since 2005. To see these guys in the tiny Casbah is going to be something really special, though looking down this list, lots of special performances await all over town this Saturday night.
