Sounds Like San Diego: December 27

Cherry Glazerr head up Wednesday's live-music options in San Diego

I warned you of a slow week, but actually tonight isn't too shabby. LA noise-pop act Cherry Glazerr, whose primary singer and guitarist's recordings were "discovered" as a teen by Burger Records, have evolved into a beloved act on the Secretly Canadian roster and hit the Observatory tonight. Meanwhile, get your double dose of David Lowery as his legendary bands Cracker and Camper Van Beethoven make their annual end-of-year pilgrimage to the Belly Up. Soda Bar rocks with A Shattered Hope, Sundrop Electric lead a local lineup at Casbah, and Bar Pink is a great option with the Hey! Ho! Let's Go! Ramones tribute. As a side note, it is already Wednesday, so you should consider locking in those New Year's Eve plans before all the big events are sold out.
