Christmas is only five days away, so ideally this means you've got the week off so you can enjoy all the festivities. Tonight is one of my favorite nights of the year...when Gary Shuffler becomes Gary Shuffledust and plays a night of Bowie jams in full costume. The annual event at the Casbah is quite the spectacle in the best possible way. Meanwhile, Soda Bar has a bit of a twist tonight as Gospel singer Adam Everett takes the stage, so maybe you check him out, then you get a pass on Christmas mass. The Observatory welcomes former Mac Demarco guitarist Peter Sagar, who plays chill indie music under the name Homeshake, and Venice return to the Belly Up for their annual Christmas show. It's a good night to get out and have some fun.
