Sounds Like San Diego: April 2

Generationals play Casbah, Delicate Steve is at Soda Bar and more

The end of the weekend is upon us, but hopefully you've got a youthful spring in your step -- or you're on spring break -- so Monday doesn't bring such dread. In addition to another day of the Latin American Art Festival, tonight you can catch the Buttertones at Che, a massive Mariachi Festival at California Center for the Arts Escondido or Delicate Steve at Soda Bar. Passenger -- who to me is the commercial version of Joshua James -- plays a sold out show at the House of Blues, and Chronixx get down at the Belly Up. The one I'm most excited about, however, is New Orleans new wave duo Generationals, who seem to have a nice steady build with every tour that comes through town.
