Sounds Like San Diego: April 15

In Your Neighborhood with Lou Niles keeps festival fun close to home

It's an awesome day for a beer festival, for running around to sight-see at fee-free National Parks or for catching Coachella streaming live on YouTube. But by nightfall, we've got awesome musical options, even if you didn't listen to us and get tickets to Pond last week before the show sold out. At Soda Bar, local label La Escalera hosts its sixth La Escalera Fest with some of our area's best in punk, garage and hardcore. Our friends in Quel Bordel return to the Holding Company, Cash'd Out play the Belly Up and Music Box hosts an early night with Poncho Sanchez. And for your all day festival fun, head up to Oceanside for In Your Neighborhood Block Party with 91x's Lou Niles.
