I have such music fever this week. When I went to Outside Lands a few years ago, Chromeo played a live-band set and I was blown away by their showmanship and how motivated they were able to hype the crowd with such an early set. The performance still resonated throughout the weekend and now years later, they still stand out. Tonight, they play a standing-room show at Humphreys. Another amazing musician, Frankie Cosmos, is back in town, and the show was moved to the all-ages Queen Bee's so get there early and enjoy the venue vibe. At Casbah, producer and artist Kweku Collins makes an appearance, and South Carolina-born Hannah Wicklund & the Steppin Stones bring some real quality talent to Soda Bar.
