Sounds Like San Diego: July 12

There are nearly too many great shows in town Friday -- music fans, y'all have some tough decisions to make

I hope you're ready for a big weekend because there is no shortage of events to keep you busy. Of course, tonight kicks off Pride weekend in San Diego and lots of meaningful and celebratory events, including the Pride of Hillcrest Block Party. But of course, we're all about out live music and few do it better than the Silent Comedy. Joined by Dead Feather Moon, the Liquorsmiths, and the Heavy Guilt, this Casbah show runs deep and is going to be amazing. Humphreys has an awesome nostalgic throwback show with Howard Jones and Men Without Hats, Boricua punks Davila 666 play Soda Bar, and Cold Showers check all the boxes with post-punk, "no-wave," and shoegaze elements at Whistle Stop.
