Santa Claus is coming to town -- only this time in packs.
Santas of all sorts are going to take to the streets of San Diego for some holiday cheer during SanataCon 2010.
Each year, Santas around the world gather in major cities for SantaCon with one goal in mind; getting people together to have fun in Santa suits. The day includes some naughty and nice meeting, and mingling at McGregor’s on San Diego Mission Road. Event organizers even have a handy list of holiday-theme pickup lines, should you need them.
However, just like past SantaCons, while there’s plenty to do, you’re asked that you don’t forget your day job.
Santas are encouraged to bring one unwrapped toy, which will go to Rady Children’s Hospital San Diego to benefit their Center for Child Protection.
So for all those Santas looking to take a holiday of their own from children's wish lists, demanding elves and reindeer upkeep, registration is still open.
