The Wavehouse, located in Mission Beach, is one of San Diego's most infamous beach landmarks. Along with special events, entertainment from some of music's major players, multiple bars, and delicious food there is the glorified FlowRider wave machine. And trust us, it's harder than it looks.

Now, don't get the wrong idea. We know the name is a bit misleading, but The Open Bar most likely got its name because of the big, open deck that you can check out as you drive by on Mission Blvd.
