Norv Admits Concerns As Chargers Face Steelers

The last time the Chargers lost a road game, they were in Pittsburgh.  Next Sunday they'll get a shot at revenge.

The Ravens smashed the Dolphins 27-9 in Sunday's Wild Card game.  Baltimore now heads to Tennessee while San Diego travels to the Steel City, a place where the Bolts know they can win.

In November, Philip Rivers threw 2 interceptions and fumbled in the end zone to give the Steelers a safety, and Pittsburgh still needed a late field goal to win 11-10.  Pittsburgh is coming off a bye, but QB Ben Roethlisberger suffered a concussion in the Steelers' season-ending win over Cleveland, so we'll watch his status closely this week.

Chargers Head Coach Norv Turner says LaDainian Tomlinson's groin injury "isn't any better, or any worse." Turner thinks Tomlinson will be day to day, as they get ready to face the Steelers in Pittsburgh on Sunday in a divisional playoff game.

Turner admitted there's a concern about Darren Sproles wearing down, if Tomlinson can't play.

"We've got Sproles packed in ice all week," said Turner.

Going on the road to Pittsburgh, where the Chargers lost 11-10 in November won't be easy.

"At least we're familiar with them, the stadium, and even the weather," said Turner.

It was cold with snow falling the last time they played at Heinz Field. Facing the Steelers defense will be tougher.
