"Wonderful lighting throughout made for a very entertaining performance for the sold out crowd," said photographer Dan Chusid.

"Fans brought all kinds of gifts including flowers and tried to get Morrissey to take items from their hands stage-side during the show," Chusid said.

"As is usual at Morrissey shows, he reached down during the performance to touch the hands of his adoring fans, mid-songs," Chusid said.

"One lucky fan gave Morrissey a card that he opened and read between songs and nodded appreciably, before tucking it into his pocket," said Chusid.

"Another fan gave him an Edgar Allen Poe doll which he let dangle from his pants pocket while he sang," said Chusid.

"Late in the show fans rushed the stage, attempting to reach their hero," said Chusid. "Some succeeded and some were tossed back into the crowd by security."

"Towards the end, traditionally, Morrissey strips off his shirt while singing and tosses it to the crowd as a souvenir," said Chusid.

"This time he threw it my way and the hordes descended from all sides, rabid fans trying to get a piece of it and yanking it every direction," said Chusid.

"Luckily I stood back and avoided the trampling and seats crashing around me," said Chusid. "Pure insanity! Security had to separate the people, each of who refused to give up their piece of the cloth."

"Finally one of the stagehands came out with a knife and carved it up as they held on," said Chusid.

"During the finale, as is also tradition, hardcore fans in the audience try their best to jump up onto the stage and hug/touch Morrissey," said Chusid.

"A few made it to Morrissey (a few got the hugs they wanted) and a few unlucky ones were thrown bodily back into the crowd, right on top of the unlucky fans at the front watching the show," said photographer Dan Chusid.

" I was right there but was lucky enough to avoid the bodies that came crashing down," said Chusid.
