Drinks to Mix With Breast Cancer Awareness

Wet Willie's will celebrate National Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Wet Willie’s, the national chain of daiquiri bars and restaurants, is throwing a Breast Cancer Awareness party to raise money for the fight against breast cancer.

At the event, servers will be handing out pink embroidered ribbons for every $2 donation to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation. Pink beads will also be available for every $1 donation.

During October, all Wet Willie’s locations will also be selling light pink "koozies." For each koozie sold, Wet Willie’s will donate $3 to the foundation -- the goal is to raise $10,000 throughout the month.

The Breast Cancer Awareness Party will take place on Saturday, Oct. 1 at 8 p.m. at the Wet Willie’s 555 Market St. location.
