Sounds Like San Diego: July 28

Sunday night's free Matt Costa and Matt Hartke show at Whistle Stop is a no-brainer

Tonight offers some super amazing music options, but live music can be an expensive habit, which is why tonight's Matt Costa and Matt Hartke show at Whistle Stop is a no-brainer. This is the SiriusXM Coffee House tour, but it's now moved venues to a spot that'll offer up beverages with a little more punch than coffee. The singer-songwriters have been in the game for a long time, and Matt Costa has been to San Diego numerous times, so hopefully the word gets out about this last minute change so he can play to a full room. Of course, there are some bigger shows in town worth noting, too, like the Raconteurs at Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air Theatre or Common at the Embarcadero. X play their second night at the Belly Up, AJ Croce plays a special show at Bernardo Winery, and we fell in love with Panteon Rococo at SXSW, who appear tonight at California Center for the Arts Escondido.
