Love Song Bridges Gap to Iraq

Sara Luhrs is a young newlywed who will have a Valentine's Day she will never forget.

The 23-year-old medical assistant knew something was up when her coworkers asked her to come to the lobby at work on Thursday. Waiting for her were four singers with Pacific Coast Harmony. The quartet serenaded the slightly embarrassed Luhrs to tears.

The quartet is bringing special messages of love for Valentine's Day by surprising and singing for the spouses of troops deployed in Iraq.  They will visit 30 families.

"I miss him so much," said Luhrs of her husband, Sgt. Jaxon Luhrs, who is stationed in Ramadi, Iraq. "I love him."

The Luhrs were married Dec. 26. They knew they would have to be apart on their first Valentine's Day as a married couple. Thursday's surprise, no doubt, brought them a little bit closer.
