Cooper was back on the field Thursday after missing Wednesday’s practice with a sore knee. Cornerback Quentin Jammer, who was ill Wednesday, also returned to practice, as did Jamal Williams after resting Wednesday, the Chargers said.
Linebacker Anthony Waters (hamstring) and wide receiver Malcom Floyd (lung) were the only two Chargers who did not practice. Tampa quarterback Jeff Garcia was limited in practice for a second-consecutive day but is expected to start Sunday.
The Buccaneers enter Sunday’s game with a perfect 6-0 record at home this season.
