I'm kinda feeling this gap between Christmas and New Year's Eve a lot. It's been a really light work week, it's cold enough to snuggle at home and there have been enough shows to encourage us out of the house. Tonight is no exception, as Get Back Loretta and the Heavy Guilt play at the Casbah, and X and Los Lobos share the stage at Observatory North Park. OMFG! kicks off their massive three night party at Pechanga Arena, Ugly Things mag presents a show with the Rosalyns at Bar Pink and Keepers release a record at Soda Bar. There are great shows all the way down the list tonight, so enjoy the weekend low-key style before the big New Year's Eve night comes up.
