With another lavish party planned Saturday night, the company aims to spotlight the “rock” and de-emphasize the “hard.”
The hard job of handling security belongs to a new management group. Tarsadia Hotels, which owns the Hard Rock, now has Gramercy Management Group operating the clubs.
When the night spots were formerly known as Sweetwater Saloon and Moonstone Lounge, they were run by Gerber Group (principal Randy Gerber is supermodel Cindy Crawford’s hubby).
