Fans Charged up for Bolts Playoff Tickets

The Charger Nation started lining up at 4:30 a.m. on Monday morning to get tickets to next week's game with the Colts.

The Bolts secured a playoff berth Sunday night in their 52-21 defeat of their division rivals, the Denver Broncos. Next week's game with Indianapolis is scheduled for 5 p.m. at Qualcomm Stadium in Mission Valley.

The deadline for season ticket holders to pay for playoff seats was extended to Monday at noon. The box office opened for so-called "club" tickets for luxury boxes at 8 a.m., but average fans have to wait until 6 p.m. to purchase general tickets, or they could log onto Chargers.com or order them through Ticketmaster.com to try to make a purchase. There is a limit of six tickets per customer.

It's not clear how many tickets will be available at that time, but fans who want to try and get seats could to go to the Chargers ticket office at Gate C of Qualcomm Stadium.

If there are still seats available on Tuesday, the ticket offices will  re-open at 8 a.m.
