Emotions are a part of football. And the higher the stakes, the higher the emotions usually run. So it was somewhat unsurprising that Cardinals wideout Anquan Boldin became upset when he was removed from the field during the NFC Championship Game on Sunday.
However, the altercation, and Boldin's ensuing rapid exit from the stadium, did become a pretty large deal, generating media waves and plenty of questions as to Boldin's relationship with offensive coordinator Todd Haley and coach Ken Wisenhunt. On Monday, Boldin popped into ESPN's NFL Live and dismissed the blow-up as a being a real issue.
