Downed Trees Knock Out Power

Strong winds tied to the winter-like storm hitting San Diego has downed power lines in several parts of the county.

As of 2:30 p.m. Monday, there were 13 outages around the county according to SDG&E. Five thousand customers were impacted. The largest single outage was in the Encinitas/Cardiff-By-The-Sea area leaving 2286 customers without power.
