Sounds Like San Diego: Jan. 8

Head to the Casbah for a free show to honor and celebrate David Bowie

If you were out of town during the holidays or otherwise missed Ziggy Shuffledust & the Spiders From Mars, or you're just such a fan that you must experience the fun all over again, head to the Casbah for a free show to honor and celebrate the legendary musician who passed early last year. I imagine the set might not be quite as long, but that's because Ariel Levine will be playing a whole album opening set. Around town, Subsurfer headline Soda Bar, Grammy winner Bill Champlin plays the Belly Up and Gary Wilson gets weird with the kids at Che Cafe.
