If you’re a fan of dogs (and who isn’t?) you’ll be interested in what’s happening next month for our furry friends.
You have the chance to enjoy San Diego’s only dog-friendly gala when the 25th annual Humane Society Fur Ball takes place on Saturday Aug. 20.
“Even the dogs get dressed up,” said spokesperson Kelli Herwehe.
You’ll enjoy a three-course dinner from Pamplemousse Grille while a “doggy butler“ serves a special meal for your dog.
“They really get treated well at this event,” Herwehe said.
While the dogs play games, there are silent auctions for their owners.
Proceeds go to help find animals home as well as fund the community programs offered by the San Diego Humane Society.
