TO ENTER: You must be 21 years old or older to enter. To enter online, go to http://www.nbcsandiego.com, and enter the NBC San Diego Friday Freebies Online Contest, which includes name, correct email address and other information. After completing this information, you will be entered in the NBC San Diego Friday Freebies Online Contest and will be signing up to receive eNews Notifiers for NBC San Diego as well as information from the sponsor donating the prize. Alternatively, you may enter by mailing your name, address, phone number, e-mail address (if any), and age handwritten on a 3" x 5" postcard in an envelope to: NBC San Diego Friday Freebies Online Contest, 225 Broadway, Suite 300, San Diego, CA 92101-5015. You may enter one time only during the contest regardless of the method of entry. Multiple entries received from any person or e-mail address thereafter will void all such additional entries. Entrants will have the opportunity to receive information from Station and selected partners by checking the appropriate box.
· Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified.
· Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.
· All entries become the property of NBC San Diego and will not be acknowledged or returned.
· All online entries must be received before Thursday, April 28, 2011 at 11:59 a.m. Pacific Time to be eligible for the period’s drawing. Mail-in entries must also be received by Thursday, April 28, 2011 at 11:59 a.m. to be eligible for the drawing. All times in this contest refer to Pacific Time.
· Entrants using electronic entry must be the registered subscriber of the email account from which the entry is made.
· NBC San Diego is not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of entry information, errors in any promotional or marketing materials, errors in these rules, for any human or electronic error, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmission, lost, late, or damaged. NBC San Diego is also not responsible for any failure of the U.S. Postal Service, for acts of God, or other events outside NBC San Diego’s control including lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible or postage due mail.

SELECTION OF WINNER AND ELIGIBILITY
Winners will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries on Friday, April 29, 2011 and will be notified at the email address and/or phone number provided on entry, or information provided on mail-in entry. Winner may be required to sign and return to NBC San Diego an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release. The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the terrestrial geographic viewing area of NBC San Diego who reside in San Diego County and who are 21 years old or older as of January 1, 2011. Employees of NBC San Diego, NBC Universal, Inc., and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliate companies and advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) are not eligible.

NBC San Diego reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of this sweepstakes and award the Prizes from among entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, whose decisions are final.
