University of San Diego is having its annual Wine Classic.
The wine tasting and fundraiser will be held at the Garden of the Sea at USD's Joan B. Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice, on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. This special event features tastings from hand-selected wineries owned by USD alumni. Owners and vintners will be on hand to pour and answer questions during the event; more than 50 wines will be available to try.
While tasting wine from 25 different wineries, check out the exotic garden with its unique sculptures and beautiful fountains overlooking Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean. With gourmet food stations and music by a Spanish guitar soloist, it should be a great event for any wine lover.
All of the proceeds will benefit the USD Alumni Endowed Scholarship Fund.
