Belly Up Benefit Brings Fishbone, Pink Floyd & Save Ferris Dream Jam to Life

The dream jam will become a reality as the Belly Up hosts a benefit for the Harold Robinson Foundation

Ever think you'd see a supergroup jam featuring members of Fishbone, Pink Floyd, Save Ferris and Long Beach Dub Allstars? Yeah, we didn't either.

On Thursday, June 28, the dream jam will become a reality as the Belly Up hosts a benefit for the Harold Robinson Foundation, featuring all of those musicians and more.

The foundation, which was founded in 2008 and established in 2009, helps bridge economic gaps for communities in southern Los Angeles with various fundraisers and outdoor camps. With the help of Red Hot Chili Peppers' Flea and Fishbone's Norwood Fisher, the foundation is also building a music school in Watts.

So where does the epic jam come into play? Well, proceeds raised from the concert will go to benefit the Harold Robinson Foundation and all of the good stuff it does.

The lineup for the night will be as follows:

At 7 p.m., doors will open (plenty of time to get settled in Solana Beach's premier venue), and Electric Gremlin will take the stage at 8 p.m.

8:40 p.m. brings Beebs to the stage, and by 9:30 p.m., Through the Roots will be dubbin' it up.

Finally, at 10:45 p.m., Norwood Fisher’s long-awaited All-Star Mashup Jam will commence, featuring members of Fishbone, Pink Floyd, Save Ferris, Long Beach Dub Allstars, Aggrolites, Beebs & Her Money Makers, Trulio Disgracias and many more that have yet to be announced!
