Icon Donna Summer heats up the San Diego County Fair.

DISCO FEVER: Disco and soul Legend Donna Summer takes to the stage at this year's San Diego County Fair. The Grammy award winner will perform music from her recent collection of songs entitled "Crayons". The show starts at 7:30 p.m. and tickets are priced at $22 all the way up to $136 for a dinner package.

BORN TO BE DOWN:  If you can never get enough 90s’ era rock, you’ll have check this out. Rock duo Local H continues “The 6 Angry Records Tour” with a show at the Casbah. Local H’s site promises that during the show the band will play one lucky audience member’s studio album choice out of their catalogue front to back. Tickets are $10 to $12 and the show starts at 9 p.m. with doors opening at 8:30 p.m.

TO GO OR NOT TO GO: Love William Shakespeare? What about seeing his entire work in 97 minutes? The San Diego Repertory Theater is going to host “The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged)”, a comedy put on by The Reduced Shakespeare Company featuring a speedy and humorous run through of all his work. The cost is $25 and the show starts at 8:00 p.m.
