Great Finds at the Orange County Market Place

What was once known as “Treasures and Trash” in 1969 is now known as America’s most unique swap meet. With two million visitors per year, the Orange County Market Place at the Orange County Fairgrounds is one of the largest weekly events in Southern California.

Awesome Finds: More than 1,000 ever changing vendors offer a variety of products and services at the OC Market Place.  Every weekend, you can find bargains on shoes, jewelry, name brand clothing, furniture, toys, electronics, and beauty products. Food is also available, ranging from burgers, barbecue, ice cream, pizza, and hot dogs.

Fun Features: Special features at this particular swap meet include a Home and Garden Center, Motorsport area, Artisans and Crafting Corner, fresh produce area, a full service hair salon, and a children’s recreational area for play. Monica Mulcahy, a clothing and jewelry vendor at the OC Market Place said, “Every single weekend they have something going on there, whether it’s a Scottish Pride Festival, cross fit games, even barbecue conventions.”

Affordable Every Weekend: The OC Market Place is opened from 7:00 am – 4:00 pm every Saturday and Sunday, at 88 Fair Drive Costa Mesa, CA 92626.  The OC Market Place will be closed July 15 through August 14 due to the annual Orange County Fair.
