The first part of Hive's takeover of the space adjacent to Chorus Karaoke & Bar is this: a 300-seat dining room and open kitchen, and a 50-seat bar. Hive's restaurant and bar is now open. The rest of the venue's multi-phase build-out will add an arcade, nightclub and seven more private karaoke rooms to the space.
