An entertainment hub called Hive is taking shape on Convoy Street in Kearny Mesa. Right now, the space includes a restaurant, bar and seven karaoke rooms and soon, an arcade and nightclub will join the party.

The rest of the venue's multi-phase build-out will add an arcade, nightclub and seven more private karaoke rooms to the space.
