March 2: Saves the Day at Observatory North Park. Emos that I will be interviewing for SoundDiego TV.
March 3: Waxahatchee at the Irenic. Indie music from singer-songwriter Katie Crutchfield.
March 4: Beirut at the Observatory North Park. Baroque-pop is just the tip of the iceberg with this band.
March 5: Adia Victoria at the Casbah. Gothic blues; latest single is "Dope Queen Blues."
March 6: Band of Horses at the Observatory North Park. Grammy-nominated rock band.

March 7: The Bellrays at the Casbah. Straight from the band: "Punk but not punk. Rock but not rock. Soul but not soul."
March 8: Mudhoney and Claw Hammer at the Casbah. Mudhoney influenced the Seattle scene that eventually became grunge.
March 9: The Coathangers at the Casbah. Garage-rock from Hotlanta, who is dropping a new album on March 8 titled "The Devil You Know."
March 10: Empress Of at the Irenic. Dream-pop/alt-soul/R&B...
March 11: The 2019 San Diego Music Awards at House of Blues -- good luck everyone!
March 12: Monsterwatch at Soda Bar. Seattle band that harkens back to the days of grunge.
March 13: Jesika Von Rabbit at Soda Bar. From her Bandcamp page: "Intergalactic pop provocateur." And Dani Bell & the Tarantist opens with Ba Bete.
March 14: Blaqk Audio at the Observatory North Park featuring Davey Havok of AFI.
March 15: Gene Evaro Jr. at Soda Bar. Party rock from Joshua Tree.
March 16: An evening with Rhett Miller at Soda Bar. Old 97's frontman solo.
March 17: The Downs Family at Soda Bar. Sounds like an Irish celebration.
March 18: Garth Algar at Soda Bar. Are you worthy? It's metal!
March 19: Cold Cave at the Belly Up. Let's get dark and wear black!
March 20: Dream Theater at Balboa Theatre. More metal, but this time, it's progressive.
March 21: Downers at Soda Bar. Downers feature former members of Idlehands.
March 22: Uli Jon Roth at Ramona Mainstage. Scorpions lead guitarist and hey, they are doing shows in Ramona again!
March 23: Foals at the Observatory North Park or Wheatus at Soda Bar. Decisions, decisions (although one might be sold out already).
March 24: Arkells at the Casbah. This band is actually a big deal in Canada and that's a thing.
March 25: Amyl & the Sniffers at Soda Bar. Melbourne-based punk band with '70s rock & roll flair!
March 26: Ella Vos at the Belly Up. Synth-pop artist who used to be a touring member of Borns.
March 27: Queensryche at the Observatory North Park or Blue Oyster Cult at the Belly Up? I'm going with more cowbell!
March 28: Guerilla Biscuits at the Irenic; NYC hardcore band formed in 1987.
March 29: Broods at the Observatory North Park. New Zealand-based music duo.
March 30: The Steady 45s at the Merrow. It's rocksteady and ska, hosted by the San Diego City Soul Club.
March 31: Michael Buble at Pechanga Arena San Diego. Talent and wit, I love this guy! Have you tried his Bubly? It's Buble...
