If slaving over a hot stove isn’t something you’re thankful for, there’s a bevy of local restaurants where you can dine out this holiday. Don’t wait hours for that turkey to be ready – leave the meal to the professionals (and the dishes, too). These picks from Yelp are prepped for a full meal with all the trimmings.

Bertrand at Mister A’s, Banker’s Hill

Open for Thanksgiving between noon and 8:45 p.m., this restaurant will feature a prix-fixe three-course menu priced at $59.50 per adult and $20 per child. Guests can enjoy a delicious holiday celebration with a thoughtfully crafted menu created by Chef Stephane Voitzwinkler. The menu has all the favorites, plus options like rosemary scented lamb osso bucco and black truffle macaroni and cheese.

Pacifica, Del Mar

This restaurant is serving a three-course meal for the Thursday holiday featuring their regular menu items from noon to 9 p.m., plus the option of a turkey entrée. Prices for adults range from $40 to $50 per person, with a kid’s menu for your little pilgrims. It’s dining with a view you’ll definitely feel thankful for and if you’d choose seafood over any holiday party meat, this is the place.

Bellamy’s Restaurant, Escondido

Highly rated by Yelp locals, fine French at this spot could be your holiday treat. For $55 per person, you can create your own three-course holiday spread from the restaurant’s special menu. Main course options range from turkey and bone-in honey ham to wild sea bass and Scottish organic salmon. With a classic pumpkin pie for dessert (or lemon and orange blossom cheese cake), you’re sure to be stuffed!

Soleil @k, (San Diego Marriott) Gaslamp

If you want a Thanksgiving buffet featuring fresh California cuisine as well as traditional dishes, this is the best option for you. It will feature a festive family-friendly atmosphere and you can pile your plate high of rotisserie turkey, prime rib and grandma’s fried chicken. Plus, you won’t want to miss the plethora of pies and sides, served from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. The special goes for $40 for adults and $17 for the kiddies (13 and younger).

Cork Fire Kitchen, (Temecula Creek Inn) Temecula

It’ll be a full-on feast from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. with this brunch/dinner buffet. It includes the carved turkey, of course, plus herb-crusted prime rib, savory side dishes and homemade pies. The menu features some breakfast items, like waffles and benedicts, too. Add the restaurant’s Red Bliss Smashed Potatoes and the Harvest Corn Bisque, a meal fit for even the pickiest of relatives. Adults cost $50 and kids cost $24.

Jayne’s Gastropub, North Park

Open this Thanksgiving for its second annual prix-fixe Traditional Roast Turkey Dinner, the supper will be served in three scrumptious parts.
